Salary:

years of solid experience in construction management in industrial and/or medical construction.
Ground up projects a must.
Proven history of project completion ground up construction, $10M - $50MExcellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Office including MS Project, Primavera and ProcoreSolid experience in project planning, estimating, scheduling, cost controls, project administration and contract management.
Demonstrated competence in the areas of safety, workforce management, quality and project executionStrong interpersonal communication and leadership skills interacting directly with clients' architects, consultants, contractors, trades.
